Home is the page you land on when you open your organization. In the sidebar it is called Dashboard. It answers three questions for the apps and dates you pick: what arrived, how your replies are doing, and what the reviews are about. The page heading greets you by name (or reads Home), and the Invite Members button beside it lets you invite teammates. Where RADAR is switched on for your workspace, the heading reads Dashboard and the invite button is not shown here.

Usage limit banner

When your organization has published all the replies included in its plan for the month, a red banner appears at the top of Home. It reads Usage limit reached and says you’ve hit the monthly limit of responses included in your plan, naming the plan. Automations stop sending replies until your next billing period starts or you upgrade. Click Upgrade now to open Billing > Subscription and raise your limit. The banner only shows on plans that have a monthly limit.

Filters

A row of filters sits at the top of the page and stays in view as you scroll. Every number on Home follows it.
  • Apps. Home opens on All apps, so you see the whole account without picking anything. Choose one or more of your own apps to narrow it. Competitor apps are not reported on Home. If you pick only a competitor, Home asks you to pick one of your own apps and points you to Analytics.
  • Date range. The period every card reports on. It starts at the last 30 days.
  • Language. Narrows the cards to reviews in one language. On a phone it sits under the Filters button.
Home remembers your selection in this browser for next time. Links from Home, such as View all and View performance, open Analytics on the same apps and dates. Analytics keeps its own memory of which apps you picked.

Ask RADAR

Where RADAR is switched on for your workspace, a question field sits under the filters. Type a question about the apps and dates you have selected. Once you ask, the chat moves into the side panel so you can keep reading the dashboard. See the RADAR overview.

The period

The first row shows what arrived in the selected period.
  • New reviews is the daily review count, split by star rating. With more than one app in scope, the counts are added together. View reviews opens the Reviews feed with the same filters.
  • This period in words is a short written summary of what the reviews said. For a single app it also shows a health score with a verdict (hover it to see what goes into the score), and a Compare with the period before link that writes up what changed against the previous period. With several apps in scope, it summarizes the whole portfolio with the worst issues first. Use Show more to read a long summary in full.
This row needs the Standard plan or above, or the free trial. On other plans it shows a preview with Home analytics needs a paid plan and an Upgrade plan button.

Reply engine

This section shows the replies sent on your behalf. It opens with the Vitals card, then four charts.

Vitals

The Vitals card shows the account’s headline numbers for the selected period. Hover the info icon on any number to see how it is counted. The Vitals card is shown on every plan.

Charts

  • Reply coverage: reviews per day, split by which rule answered them. View performance opens Analytics > Performance.
  • Quality against effect: each automation and your hand-written replies, placed by how often they pass your scorecard against the rating change that followed. A larger dot sent more replies. A replier needs 10 graded replies before its pass rate is shown. View quality opens Reply quality.
  • Reply quality: replies graded per day, with the share that passed. If no scorecard is set for the apps in scope, the card says so and links you to set one up.
  • Reply effect: the average rating change after a reply, for this period beside the one before it, AI against human.
The four charts need the Pro plan or above. On lower plans each one shows Upgrade to Pro to see this chart.

Review intelligence

This section shows what the reviews are about.
  • Trending topics lists the period’s loudest topics and how each one moved across the window. Green means a topic is moving the way you would want for its rating; red means the other way. The figure at the top is the share of reviews that read positive, with its change against the previous period. View all opens Insights.
  • Review anomalies lists days when a topic broke from its usual level, such as a spike, a drop or a sudden shift in sentiment, with how serious each one is. View all opens Insights.
Review intelligence needs the Standard plan or above, or the free trial. On other plans it shows Review intelligence is available on Standard and above with an Upgrade plan button. If it shows Rolling out to your account, review intelligence is not switched on for your organization yet: use Contact us to ask for it.

Before you have data

  • No apps yet. Home shows Add your first app to get started. See Applications.
  • Only unsupported stores. If all your apps are on Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery or RuStore, Home shows Rating analytics not available for this store. Analytics currently covers Google Play and App Store apps.
  • A quiet period. Cards with nothing to count say so, for example when no reviews arrived or no replies were graded in the selected dates. Pick a longer date range to see more.
